"Flowers#3" è un brano su come l'arte non possa far altro che parlare della vita e la morte, ma come il tentativo di farlo sia un'impossibilità. È una canzone per una delle mie più care amiche, scomparso prematuramente e tragicamente nella primavera del 2018.

Keith Haring scrive che lo sgocciolamento della pittura è un fenomeno dovuto al fatto che la materia ha un suo potere e una sua vita. Non c'è motivo di combatterlo. 

In questo caso, lo sgocciolamento è la sostanza della vita - da intendersi in definitiva solo come “vita e morte” - che oltrepassa e gocciola oltre il gesto della forma artistica”.

“Flowers#3" is a piece about how art cannot but say life and death, but the attempt of doing so it’s an impossibility.

It's a song for one of my dearest friends, who died prematurely and tragically in the spring of 2018.

Keith Haring writes about the dripping of the peinture as a phenomenon due to the material having its own power and life. There is no reason to fight that. In this case the dripping is the material of life - ultimately only life and death- that surpasses and drips beyond the gesture of the artistic form”.
